- Progressing Plymouth University’s Planning Application and moving towards disposal of the site.
- Building a consortium including developers and investors to secure all or some of the site.
- Refurbishing and opening the Owen Building.
- Conducting an 18 month research and developement programme to identify the best balance of facilities on the site.
The concept drawings that have been developed to demonstrate how REL may develop the site in accordance with REL’s needs, the local plan whilst preserving and exploiting the unique features of the site. These are concept drawings only to inform a debate. The 2 large buildings at the western end could be used for business and/or education.
